Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Best Window Cleaners Adelaide ("we", "us", "this site") collects, how it's used, and how it's protected.

What information we collect

We collect personal information when you voluntarily submit it through one of the forms on this site — the Contact, Get Featured, Claim Your Listing, or Opt-Out forms. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, phone number, business name, and any message or details you provide.

We do not currently use analytics or tracking cookies on this site. If that changes in future, this policy will be updated to reflect it.

How form submissions are handled

Form submissions on this site are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-to-email service, and forwarded directly to our inbox. We don't operate our own server-side database of form submissions. Please review Web3Forms' own privacy policy for details on how they handle data in transit.

We do not sell, rent, or share information submitted through these forms with third parties, including the businesses listed on this site, except where necessary to action a request you've made (for example, following up on a claim or removal request).

Data about listed businesses

Business names, addresses, phone numbers, ratings and review counts displayed on this site are sourced from Google's Places API, drawing on publicly available Google Business Profile information. This is business data, not personal data about site visitors. Use of this data is subject to Google's own terms, and Google's Privacy Policy governs how Google itself handles the underlying information.

If you're a business owner and want your listing corrected or removed, see our Claim Your Listing and Request Removal pages.

Third-party services used by this site

• Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, which may log standard request data (such as IP address) as part of serving the font files.
• Google Places API — used to source business listing data, as described above.
• Web3Forms — used to process and deliver form submissions, as described above.

Data retention

Form submissions are retained in our email inbox and in Web3Forms' systems in line with their own retention practices. We don't retain a separate database of submissions beyond this.

Your rights

You can request a copy of any personal information you've submitted to us, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us via our Contact page.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
